Let AmeriNet Professional Services (APS) handle your router hardware and configuration. APS will be responsible for router functionality, advanced design, configuration and implementation meeting best practice standards.

Managed Service Process Flow
- APS configures new or existing router.
- Router is installed.
- Router configuration and subsequent changes are maintained.
- If you need a configuration change simply contact APS and make the request. The change will be completed within 2 business days.
- If an outage occurs, APS uses out-of-band access to check hardware and identify the problem.
- With the Hardware Included option, APS will have the hardware replaced within 4 hours.
- With the Existing Hardware option, APS will initiate and manage the hardware replacement.
- APS will restore router to last known good configuration.
Reduced IT Expense
No more time spent upgrading software, renewing hardware support contracts or opening tickets when the router fails. APS is responsible for router configuration and will make basic changes to configuration as needed.
Hardware Included Option
APS will provide a fully featured router with this service.
Existing Hardware Option
Alternatively, APS can take over management of qualified existing hardware for a reduced rate. Customer must maintain manufacturer hardware support.

APS TAC will be available 24 hours a day 7 days a week to support your router.
