Monitoring Service Process Flow
- Monitoring Servers use Network Instruments Network Analyst Application to continuously monitor interfaces on routers.
- When an outage occurs your designated IT department contact is notified.
- APS verifies outage source, hardware or circuit.
- If outage source is your circuit, APS then works directly with the carrier to restore service.
- If the outage source is your equipment, APS will initiate and manage the trouble ticket with your hardware support company or begin the replacement process if APS is your hardware support company.
- You can choose to be notified anywhere in the process. Including scheduled updates from APS on your circuit restoration status.
Reduced IT Expense
What would your job be like if you never had to talk to your Telco circuit provider again?
